No supervisor has ever been held accountable for their deception, and no HR person fired for covering up for the crooked supes, indeed; the supes are given advice as to how best get rid of people without firing anyone. Just switch their pools, change the accounts they type on, they'll leave on their own. Your replacement is already being recruited and hired, people! 

One week ago, a recruiter told me on the phone they were recruiting for 30 acute care MTs, that there was a hiring freeze for ambulatory. 

And yet, many acute care MTs on here are out of work? Hello! One person here typed that their primary was waaaay slow, then some dictators would reappear, only to disappear yet again. 

Pool switches flipped on, flipped off, all at the supervisors whim. Hmmm, this MT took this long to type this report, that one took this long... so, yes, they know exactly who the most difficult dictators are. You were the living experimental test dummies, and your broken marriages due to financial distress, your foreclosed mortgages never cost them a cent.

You were the software engineers that helped train their pitiful speech wreck while being paid mere clerical wages, not even compensated for the highly skilled professionals you are. 

At this point, most of the HR people and supervisors that ever had a conscience have left in frustration. You do not stand a chance with the ruthless, cutthroat, lying scumbags that remain. They do and say anything to cover their butts and sugar coat their demands that you turn around so you can be had again. 

I am so, so sorry to have ever been employed by Nuance. It has created a dark stain on my resume and a deep hole in my financial future. Please do not stay long enough to let them break you.
