Could not believe the major error I got marked off for. A report that was pended (due to the instructions in demographics to do so) Put in pended remarks all information and reason I pended and then got a nasty note saying how easily they were able to resolve this issue. The issue was not supposed to be resolved and if they had bothered to do their job correctly would have seen the information. Has anyone ever had a reversal rejected right off the bat and never even received a confirmation e-mail for it? I put one in the other day and had it say "rejected by admin." Got a reversal and then within a very short time got a Major Error by the very same QA/QC person who had to reverse the first one. Coincidence?? Sent in request, my TM sent in on for next level. Well, the powers above decided my placement of period and/or comma impacted the integrity of the record and should be scored as incorrect verbage rather than punctuation.
