Why is it fair that the base pay, if we will now be paid at minimum wage, not discriminatory because some states pay more and others less? After all, we are all doing the same job.
I happen to live in a state (not California or western states) where the minimum is higher than, say, others, states in the South as an example. Yet, every day, the individual MT no matter where they live gets up, goes to work, fulfills their commitment to this slave labor camp aka Nuance. Does it make you comfortable that other MTs will be starting at a baseline less than yours? It does me.
The God I serve is a just God, one who demands always a balanced scale. He does not discriminate and He shows no favortism. In Matthew 20: 1-13, in the parable of the workers in the vineyard, God gives to each worker the wages they agreed to. That's fair. He is God after all. Keywords here are agreed to.
However, none of us agreed to minimum wage. We agreed to a specified cpl at employment. We are paid on our production, not minimum wage, as our basline. With all the factors that will count against us in this new and exciting plan, we could very well end up with less than minimum wage for all our effort.
How fair is this, I ask you?
