Just noticed that my whopping amount of PTO (24.87) is the same on all three pay periods for this year. Do they add it in at the end of the month or what? Just wondering why in pay period 1 of this year I have the same amount of PTO as I do now. Help!!!

I had a problem with PTO. Don't know if this is happening across the board, or just here and there. At the beginning of the year, I noticed that my accrued PTO of 33 hours had dropped to 20. I hadn't used any PTO and I knew I wasn't going to forfeit any at year's end. I e-mailed my supervisor and she e-mailed Payroll for me. It took them 2 weeks but they finally fixed the problem. She never told me what the exact problem was or if anyone else was affected.

PTO is accrued every pay period. When you go into Webclock to approve week 2 of the pay period, you should a new total.

You should be seeing an increase each pay period. Ask your supervisor.

Okay, thanks. If after approving last week's time card this coming week, I don't see a different amount, I will say something. We don't get enough PTO as it is, I can't afford to not keep an eye on it to make sure it's going in the right direction. Thanks again for your reply!

As you probably know, the rate at which you earn PTO differs from person to person. First, you need to know the rate you are earning at. Then, you multiply your rate by the hours you worked for the pay period. Supposedly, they were aware of an error in PTO this month and it was supposed to be fixed by the 18th. Mine is correct now. I keep a running tally to check on it the day after timecard approvals.

I am trying to figure out how to best keep my LPH at a reasonable rate. Since on the new plan your lines per hour are divided by the hours in Webclock, what about the time you spend if you have to look something up, or try to find a word, or whatever, bathroom break. Would it be best to clock out in Webclock, do the search or whatever it is, and then clock back in once you have completed whatever it is you are doing? I know for me, sometimes I get caught up in "looking" for som ...

Does anybody else have trouble just signing on to this darned thing? I have to try 5 to 10 times a night sometimes to even get the Webclock to come up. I can get onto the first page okay, but then clicking on ITCS Weblock after the Payroll button more often than not results in a totally blank page. I am wondering about the webclock I heard Nuance uses. Are they crazy strict about sticking to your shift and clocking out for everything? I like the flexibility Transcend offers with regard to family stuff. If I have to go pick up my kid or go to the school or doctor, they are cool with it and let me flex. Can someone clarify for me how schedules/Webclock is supposed to to work??? You are scheduled to work 8 hours. There is no work, you wait 15 minutes, supposed to clock out and check back later, etc. If all of this considered part of your 8 hours?? or do you have to make up the daggum time for all this crap of checking back and forth, emailing to get jobs assigned, etc. I only have those 8 hours and cannot flex. The score for this quarter? Mine is still showing my QA accuracy score exactly as it was prior to 09/30, which made me ineligible for the weekly production incentive bonus for the entire last quarter. So now my "new" score for the quarter that ended 09/30 is 99.28%, which would mean I'm eligible for the weekly incentive bonus for this past week, right? Is it just me or does anybody else think that webclock calculates the time "weird". I really thought I had all my hours in this week and webclock has me down 2 hours, yet I don't remember taking any time off this week. ...
