My TSM (PM?) is so funny - sm - Freebie

Whatever she's called.  I never talk to her on the phone because she is much more interested in what her kids and dogs are doing than what I have to say.  She changed my schedule by phone one day, and then called me the day after I was off to find out why I hadn't worked the day before.  I went part time and sent her an email with the request, worked the new schedule for over a week before she called me to say she had to evaluate my request for schedule change.  Told her I'd been doing it for a week, so I hoped she was going to approve it because that's what I was working.  She would screw up my pooling and then remember it 2 or 3 days later after I would complain.  Yesterday she emailed me to find out why I hadn't been at work last week for 4 days, forwarded her the email I had sent her where she had approved my PTO.  Then she gave me all my PTO available balance because she forgot I was only part time now.  This is my supervisor.  So basically I just do whatever the heck I want.
