How have you handled a VR report where--sm - anon

you have basically had to type the whole thing. The dictator entered the wrong ID and there is so far a huge chunk of dictation that is not even there that I am typing. Would you alert the TSM?

never got "standard pay" for a voice wreck I had to completely type out and reported it.

I've reported many dictations like this, even one that was over 30 minutes long that there was no speech recognized text I could use because the physician entered in an incorrect ID.

Each time I was told by my TSM that they would submit it for approval, and I watch my lines as best I could, but I've never seen an adjustment! Of course, there's another thread on here right now talking about monitoring our lines, and this is really the worst company for that. I've asked multiple times how they calculate the lines, and it NEVER adds up! Whether you check the Microsoft Word "word count" or if you're in Dictaphone/ExEditor there's a way to see how many lines it counts by checking individual jobs, but neither of these add up to what iChart says!
I recognize there is some text that won't be counted, things that autopopulate, but if they are able to count our lines for our pay, why can't they tell us what we're ACTUALLY being paid for!

I've also had days where I know my line count should be higher based on the number of jobs I've done and length of the jobs, etc., but it's mysteriously low! And I'm not talking about iChart just being behind.

that is less than 30 lines; dictator who repeats every sentence with 1 subtle change; DEAD AIR, etc. It is stressful enough that I'm losing money today but to be stressed out about line count and being perfect...I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!!! ...

Because of was disease, anemia, sedimentation rate antibody positive, but no like to go at times. He had to go on to avoid negative and pain line, tip was not subjective antibody anti-SCL 71. So has anyone encountered the MUP report?
