Ambulatory QA% - MT

On the Ambulatory side, how do we find out what our QA% is? Is it supposed to be in FIESA? The only report I see in FIESA is from 11/8 to 11/14 payweek and it says Accuracy 100%. There are no reports for any other pay week.

Also, how do we find out what percentage we sent to QA? I know under the new plan if we send more thn 10% to QA we get a reduced line rate, but I have no idea how much I send to QA. Help please?

We get a weekly scorecard. I sent well over 10% last week...

I get the same ESL over and over and over again and I can never listen to the blanks to try to understand what he is saying so how am I to learn?? Even the second ears cannot always hear what his says.

Threaten away with HR emailing me and telling me I have to fix this immediately...I really don't care anymore.

How about having a score card that includes how many ESL we type and then do a QC% on the rest?

We don't get a weekly scorecard that I am aware of. - MT

Acute care...so if you fall below the required line count, QA or QC%, does your TSM contact you in anyway? Are you only made aware of this on your time sheet? I am truly curious....because the emails we get are threatening...if you name is highlighted, you will be hearing from TSM/HR as this problem needs to be correct immediately--as if I have any control on how crappy some of the ESLs are....

The score card includes time on server, claimed clock hours, QC%, QA score, some other things I don't know what they are....

Well, that sounds scary indeed. I have been with Ambulatory for about 4 months now and have never received any of what you mentioned. No idea what my scores are and have never been contacted by my TSM about anything. Don't even know if there is a required line count. My time sheet only shows all my punches in WebClock and my line count & pay for the week.

Anyone know if I can get in "trouble" for copying and pasting an email without any identifying info, no account names, TSM names, etc...Because we all heard the grid is confidential...are all emails sent to employees considered confidential?

I would like to paste a copy what the score card includes, but would remove the employee ID #s.

Every week I get a grid with all of my TSM's team listed by their numbers only and the 3 columns listed of LPH, QC percentage and QA percentage. The boxes are highlighted if you met the requirements. Yellow if you meet 2 of 3 and green if you meet all 3 and if nothing met then nothing is highlighted. It is very informative at least by letting me know that I am not alone when I have bad weeks and also knowing that very very few meet all 3 requirements.

I was just wondering if anyone posts here that work for the Nuance Ambulatory Care side of things. All I see here are what appears to be posts from the acute care side and they are not very favorable. Would like to hear from anyone who took the transcription test for the above company in regard to how you actually can play the sound files. My foot pedal would not work with their voice files. I work with the ambulatory team (ortho clinic notes). I have 2 exclusive dictators and 2 that are shared with a couple other MTs. I was originally with On~Time Transcription. We were acquired by Accentus, and Accentus was acquired by Nuance a short time later. I understand nothing of this. I don't understand FIESA because I was not under it. However, what I do understand is a cut in pay. It is my understanding that on what is formerly known as Zylomed, you are IC for a couple of months. Ambulatory is definitely different than acute transcription and probably better in a LOT of ways, but if it makes you acute care feel any better, the 24-hour TAT that is talked about was not a true 24-hour TAT, at least not with my company. If my doctor dictated at 11 pm, my reports were due by 3 pm the next day, so that is more like a 16 hour TAT. If my doctors decided to turn in their reports on the weekend, then I transcribed on the weekend. I worked when my doctors sent reports which ...

Does anyone actually make their line count on the above? The software is horrible. Each patient is like 10 to 15 lines on average. You would have to do 130 patients a day transcribing, is that possible? And the speech rec, OMG that is horrible to try to make lines with.
