A thought for every MLS stuck at - Nuance the Global Toilet

until they (we) can move on to a company, any company, that does not treat us like crap.

I have had 3 different QC auditors go over the same difficult dictators to hit me hard on a post audit - each time it has backfired on them big time.  Not only do I challenge every single FIESA, I have actually copied and sent pages from BOS and my acct specs to prove they are clueless and the "errors" they found were manfactured.   

I think ALL of us at the same time (pick a date convenient) should organize and hit Human Resources, the TSLs, and TSMs hard about proof that WE can hear without relying on editors being paid up ot 40% of their salary in bonuses to ding us into oblivion.  Obviously, these QC people are incapable of being objective.  The Indian auditor proofing my work has made numerous errors in English, as well as medication errors because she was not "familiar" with the medication....How does her ignorance become my mistake resulting in points off for me?   I had the medication correct and that idiot auditor sent the wrong medication through on the report to the hospital.  I raised holy, because she hit me with 3 full points for an error she made.  They are sending out reports with OUR NAMES ON THEM, with errors they are making and signing our MLS IDs to.  This has got to stop.  In July alone, I have had 10 points of "errors" I was dinged for that the auditor made.

These QC auditors are sacrificing patient care and safety for their almighty 40%, but MLS cannot even make minimum wage!!???  What the is wrong with these people??? Yeah - beat the horse that pulls the load.  I would LOVE to have a way to let the public know exactly what this company is doing to well-educated, well-trained, dedicated, hard-working MLS' to give inept, incompentent bonuses to these Indian editors that cannot even do a simple search on the internet to verify a drug (but we are expected to walk on hot coals to deliver a perfect report from an ESL, chewing his lunch, while he's in the bathroom taking a dump with a jack hammer running in the background workign on hospital expansion...and God forbid, we actually misuse a comma....they equate that with ramming a spike through someone's heart).
