twice now and it is accepted..I just cant bring myself to accept that especially since BOS says no..So what is the order we use in importance..this is really screwing me up...AGAIN...

qhs is not an absolute no no, it's just a - recommended no no

Some old school types still use it.

I type "at bedtime". There is a newer version of - BOS, but M*Modal uses

uses the second edition I think (so dont quote me), but I do know they dont use the latest one.

I also tpye mL and not cc, some of these I think were Joint Commission issues. So you shouldn't be marked off by QA coach if you use "at bedtime".

Cranial nerves 2-12 now = make up your freakin mind.
CKD stages are now Arabic, but not some of the other "stages" = can we say confusing?

Follow your acct specs, type what you KNOW is - acceptable, and dont stress over it.

I didn't get the email either, not to say I wont eventually. But the BOS is also an icon on my MQ computer (I use their computer).

You can also make note cards for the things that are confusing.

DQS Production Standards, the BOS and the JCAHO guide. Don't ask me what order those are supposed to be in. It's a ClusterMMuQ.

Im gonna email my CCM for a ruling on this..And point out this garbage..the arabic on CKD was changed a while back when I was with another company...there was a reason, forget what..but the rest of the "stages" stayed the same

We should not have to follow Joint Commission, AHDI, MQ Style, and Client Profiles. They all contradict eachother.

BOS is a waste of paper & ink. Useful only for - BONFIRES. N/M
