Help with Ultipro please!!! - jh

I cant get signed into Ultipro (first time) got the original sign in but went to the screen that I guess is a change the password and it wont go..I call tech support and they said to email Ultipro...How do I email them?? Tried what I thought would be right and says bad address..I need to change my direct deposit, ASAP...

This is the email address I have, but of course its M*Modal now and not MedQuist:

the other option would be to contact HR and see if they have a direct phone number, which they do, but I do not want to post that here. Good luck!

your UltiPro login should be - see msg

your M*Modal email address and your password the first time you log in is your date of birth for example if you were born on August 23, 1964 your password would be:

08231964

then once you get in, you have to change it and I think you have to have a couple numbers, at least one capital letter and then a symbol, like "!".

Try that.

When you change bank accounts for direct deposit, it does not automatically change. The next pay check will be sent paper, and then the pay following will go to the newly listed account.

Just went through this.

I cant get it to accept the new account..says needs approval first..Ill mess with it after work..Paper would be fine..I have to declare bankruptcy and if it goes to the old account, they will freeze my money,,Im so done,,so depressed,,so stressed..Bankruptcy, how embarassing, in all my adult life I have had a perfect credit score,,but have taken about a 25% paycut in this industry and just cant keep my head above water anymore...

I HATE when MQ/Modal makes changes and we have to follow their instructions on how to make the changes in our computers..for me, at least, the instructions are not correct. I have been trying to get into Ultipro and it keeps telling me my address/PW is wrong. I put in the new address and the DOB password and then it tells me information is missing and to contact my system administrator..who the heck is that? Now DQS is seizing up and the voice is not coming out and then the key ...

I never did get a lousy W2 form from this company. I finally was able to get into Ultipro to do my taxes. Yes, I procrastinated. I was able to get into the last year and able to see how much I gave to state, and my total of income. But I need..... the EIN# and federal # on the W2 form. Also, isnt MModal corporate address in Tennennesse? Thanks for the help. ...

My POD gets this daily audit emails and they list all the audits that were performed and you have to find your Ultipro number to see how you did. Well, they also list the names of those who scored 100% and how many reports were perfect. The last few emails, I was able to figure out what name goes to what number just by comparing. If you sign up with MQ e-mail address, does that mean you will stop getting check stubs in the mail? Does anyone have the web address for Ultipro? I used to have it but my computer was corrupted recently and tech had to redo everything and in the process I no longer have the new site address for Ultipro.
