I tell ya, I have had more problems with this UltiPro since we began with it. Now it is telling me my user name and/or password are not correct. Can someone please tell me what is our user name? Is it our MQ Central email address? The number ID on our check? Just our first and last name? Geez..Thank you!

...special, what you created. It's probably different from the others, unless you set them all up the same. Ultipro p'word requires a capital letter, then x-amt of lower case, and a special character and 2 numbers. (I think that's standard, that's what I did, anyway.)

It's all horribly confusing. Why can't we just have ONE complicated password for everything and keep it at that for everything. User names are different, password requirements are different...

They may need to reset it if you haven't used in a - while.

I go into places whether I want to or not, just so nothing "expires." I do check my Ultipro after the pay period, anyway. The deposit is there before the paper arrives to my house. I go into the Benefits thing just for the heck of it so that doesn't expire on me. Whatta pain having to reset things.

I HATE when MQ/Modal makes changes and we have to follow their instructions on how to make the changes in our computers..for me, at least, the instructions are not correct. I have been trying to get into Ultipro and it keeps telling me my address/PW is wrong. I never did get a lousy W2 form from this company. I finally was able to get into Ultipro to do my taxes. Yes, I procrastinated. I was able to get into the last year and able to see how much I gave to state, and my total of income. But I need..... the EIN# and federal # on the W2 form. My POD gets this daily audit emails and they list all the audits that were performed and you have to find your Ultipro number to see how you did. Well, they also list the names of those who scored 100% and how many reports were perfect. The last few emails, I was able to figure out what name goes to what number just by comparing.
