You all know when they want to get you to quit - they write you off

they write you out of the workpool so you get frustrated with the no work and find another job..Then they dont have to pay unemployment on you,,,common practice, all the companies do it..

Me and my CCM are gonna come to blows before too long..I like people, I like to talk to them..Its not sucking up if you are "feeling them out" for the required info..LOL its just good interrogation tecnhiques

When I worked in the real world I always got along with people. Just because it is a virtual world we work in why does it have to be me against them..I dont do anything special, I damn sure dont snitch people out, if I had a decent CCM, I would BS with her..If I was a CCM I would be calling my people occassionally just to see how they are doing and try and help with their problems..But then again I know how to manage people, the CCMs her dont.

I have always been professional to my CCM and others, not for any reason other than it's just plain professional to be that way, and to treat someone the way they treat you. How is that considered brown-nosing? I think that is just how one should be, then quit if things are horrible despite all that.

Perhaps you end up benefitting by being "nice," but that's not the purpose of being nice.

Im sorry some of you on here seem to hate everyone..This job is lonely enough to sit behind a desk all day..Im used to working with the public..I like people,,Im here by necessity not choice..I would kill to be able to go back to my old job but my injuries dont allow it..so you make the best of a bad situation..

first time I worked here, I was on the phone on business matter and my dogs started barking in the background..Turned out me and the boss were G. Shepherd lovers..We would BS after work about dog related stuff..Never crossed the work lines..so how that is brown nosing is beyond me..Anyway when there were probs in the company she let me know to head for the hills and go somewhere else before they started firing people, because i was on the list..so I got enought notice to go before being without work..Also was told they will just write you off the system when they want you to leave so you get tired of the no work and quit...Same thing at another company, boss and I hit it off over dogs again...The owner was an ass and he and I butted heads a couple of times she gave me the same heads up,,hes pissed either do this this and this or he is just gonna let you run out of work..See my problem is I am NOT a brown noser, I dont take shit from anyone and speak my mind on a regular basis and get in trouble..But I have met bosses I liked cant help it..Made friends with a QA person within the first week at a new company who promptly asked me to move to another company with her at 3 cents a line more an hour..She found me the job, it was great right till Obama screwed up and they went under..So Im back here..I love docqscribe so whatever,,not making a ton of money not liking things here at all but for now it will do..

Ever since the sell-out, take-over, whatever, I can't get into DQM unless I'm in a document and use F5. It will not accept a log-in. DQS is fine. I'm a victim of that whole DSG mess, so I'm wondering if DQM still wants my DSG log-in for that.

Check out the career/job section. If you see lots of openings for Epic trainers, IT people, etc., bet the ranch Epic is coming to your account. Know for a fact that a 1000-bed hospital in the northeast will be going live soon. Know the manager and they are planning near total MT elimination.

and my supervisor's BOB has been pretty much empty for really the last month or more. I have had maybe 10 jobs of my primary, secondary and so on accounts that Im familiar with for at least 2 weeks. When I do get jobs from these accounts a lot of them have been hard to hear (background noise and such), some of the ASR reports have been horrible with a lot of added words and whole sentences left out. Always work Saturday morning, rarely have NJA but beginning to think it's going to be a regular thing now. This is my 3rd NJA this week. I feel sorry for those that get NJA every day. On your average day, 5000! Now, 70. I get that its a holiday, but I have run out for 3 weeks now. TSM said they over-hired and work went to India.. well, then get rid of the new hires already. This is ridiculous. Why would they hire more when they planned to ship more work overseas? Is this to train the new hires becuase they make so much less than some of us who have been here awhile? At this point, I dont believe there will be pay cuts, I think they will just starve out the ones making a high ...

I am wondering if a certain North region is low on work too, specifically the one whose CCM lives in the same region as most of the accounts. The large teaching hospital always was backlogged, with lots and lots of work. But I won't bother to reapply if the work is low. ...

North region went from 4 accounts, to being tried on this POD Pilot Program and put on at least 10 more accounts, with a few having several divisions. After 1st week, workload fell way behind, over 1400 reports by this past Friday. Around 4 p.m. Friday, we were offered OT plus an extra $10/h for Fri, Sat & Sun, but have to work at least 3 hours OT each day. I have a question. I'm in the SE region where the CTL quit effective immediately last week. Is our supervisor gone, too? She never is good about communication, but I sent her an e-mail 2-1/2 weeks ago which is still unanswered and there has been no communication of any kind for about 3 weeks. Shouldn't there have been a communication about our CTL leaving? Nothing is completed in Schedule Source, etc. ...

I've only been on DQS since July and still getting to know how all things work. I work in the North region, and today I am getting jobs from an account I can't find in my BOB. This account is in Tennessee, which doesn't seem like it should be in the North. Am I getting jobs from another region? Anybody know if this is possible? My regular BOB seems to be pretty much out of work, but I didn't know I could get work from somewhere else. ...

I was switched to new accounts back in March, a group of long-term subacute hospitals with the same name and locations all over the country. HIGH HIGH ESL. Most of the notes barely 30 seconds long, if that. They are the worst money accounts possible with more time spent on ADT than typing because the notes are so short.
