They're so detached from reality, like Heath Ledger as the Joker in Batman. There they sit all in their purple suits and crazy ideas. They're probably thinking "Well, what else do they expect? They have fulfilling jobs. We just gave them a great raise. We make it fun to work for us with games and essays. Those stupid MTs just don't appreciate anything."

No, I do believe there is a bigger reason behind those "essays." - They lurk on here too ,. . .

It is not an innocent contest. No way. They lurk on here. They see the talk when it comes up about unionizing.

What a great way to nip that in the bud -- whip out an essay we wrote ourselves singing praises about the paycuts.

Also, there have been a lot of people wrongly discharged from their bogus audits. I am sure there have been many employees, MT and otherwise fighting them for not only wrongful discharge but for UE. The essay would be a great TOOL for those MQ tools to use in our own words to fight us with.

I kind of figured they would be coming up with something the first post I saw on here about unionizing.

Our posts about a Union is gone! I noticed that a few hours after there were posts about a Union. Then, it is disappeared. No email about it, no post from moderator about it, JUST GONE!

See, that is what happened before when CBAY was buying MQ. The suits were getting nervous and some MT's were fighting with the Indians. It got crazy. Now? This essay comes up. I am telling you, the best way to kick them where is hurts is joining a Union. Catch you tell they are getting nervous with a Union?

And class actions work where 1 or 2 Plaintiffs step up and its converted to a class action for all employees.
