this is the second time my check was waaaay low than what I usually receive. I don't know what is going on. I know with each payperiod I decided to spend a considerable amount of time looking up old reports because they cut too much into my production. I thought last payperiod I maybe did it 3 times. I have decided to only use it once or none at all.when I double check to make sure none are going to QA it looks correct as it says zero submission rate. How could this be happening though with my pay? last week my ccm told me I had 7 reports sent into qa when I had never checked a box and she just told me it could be a new account that is 100% qa for the first couple of days. I am wondering if I check mark the qa/qc note box to leave a note for the client could this somehow be screwing me up?? I know I spent a little time with the benchmark website which I refuse to go to because I think all these things are playing a factor into my pay. actually my pay was starting to go on the decline before all this happened, but the last two are the worst yet. I was also taking my time to do well as i was being audited. This is all just a negative factor for me. I hope it gets better.
You said..."I am wondering if I check mark the qa/qc note box to leave a note for the client could this somehow be screwing me up??"
If you want to leave a note, just use Ctrl+Shift+Q - you don't have to check mark any box to leave a note for the client. Checking the box is what is sending your work to QA.
As far as the paychecks, mine seem to fluctuate - it's like a roller coaster, and I can't ever predict how much I will make. Add in the fact that I'm an MME, and I get paid 3 different line rates....it's too hard to try to figure out my pay stub!
Hope this helps....
Not sure about your stats page and why it's not showing the reports, but per MQ Central - checking that QA box sends your reports to QA, therefore counting those lines toward your QA Submission number.

I think we may be talking about 2 different boxes here...
I'm talking about the box that you physically place a check mark in before uploading - it just says QA. This is the box that will send your work to QA.
I think you're talking about a button that you just click on to leave a QA/QC note. That will not send your work to QA - it will just leave a note for the client.
Personally, I prefer Ctrl+Shift+Q - then you can add the note anytime during the report instead of waiting to the end. There's nothing to be leery of here - it just brings up the note box without leaving a QA Marker.
As long as you just leave a note and don't place a check mark in the box marked QA, then you should be OK.
Sorry for any confusion! :-)
per an email about FTR: Instructions: Upon upload of your final report, you will see the following window displayed in DocQscribe (see image below). This window contains the question, "Are you sure you want to upload this job?" If you place a check-mark in the QA Function box, it will route to QA for review. If you do not, it will route directly to the customer. If you choose to route to QA, you can also leave a helpful and descriptive message for QA by clicking on the QA/QC Note button. Finally, click the Yes button to finish your report upload.
