Unable to Connect to DocQScribe - FLMT

First I was kicked off and now I can't reconnect to DocQScribe. I made a ticket and will try back in a bit. Anyone else have any idea as to what other hoops I should jump through?

My supervisor says the system is having alot of problems today. I can't get on either. Just keep track of your downtime.

Here we go again, I originally thought it was my ISP, so kept getting back on and off. But finally, DQS went totally bonkers!!! Can get into everything else but DQS to do my work!!! ERRRRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHH. Okay, I was able to get QCare and received a ticket, so that CMB for now and should be able to get DT once again. Seems to be a pattern here in the old NC state area. I am working through a severe kidney infection and my back is killing me, so I am going to take a pill and try later.....

I still cannot connect. I tried calling the 1-800 number and I was on hold for almost 15 minutes. I've called my supervisor and sent her an e-mail. It would be nice for them to let us know what the you know what is going on.

I transcribe for a large hospital from home through their VPN connection. I use a router at home, and keep getting disconnected from the VPN, am pretty sure it's the router. Anyone have any luck with a particular brand of router and VPN, I've heard Linkskys might be better? My broad band company nor my tech support at work "do not support routers" so if I want to use one, I'm on my own. Have called Belkin, will call again, but just thought I'd ask on t ...
