Anyone else unable to login to MM intranet?

Thank you for any help in advanced. Can anyone get into Ultipro since the change? Is user name first.last@mmodal.com with mmddyyyyy?? I emailed them and got password info only and not user name info. It keeps telling me incorrect or inactive....Frustrated!!! ...
