There are only 246 reports in the ENTIRE western region right now as I type this, and out of ALL the facilities in the western region, only 30 facilities have work for us.

Something is very weird.

There is an abundance of work in Cornerstone accounts in my BOB. HDSM sent email about MANDATORY for EVERYONE to work 1 extra hour to catch up backlog.

I am part of acquisitions, not original MModal, and our clients refuse to offshore so i'm guessing that is why I still have work. If mine starts drying up I will will be pounding the pavement myself!

refuse to offshore but MM has been overhiring and the work is sparse now due to all the new MTs on the accounts. None of us are safe from NJA.

I check the numbers on the backlog every single day and for weeks now there have been 300 reports or less in the system. Even right now there are only 800 reports in the entire western region ... I doubt very seriously any TSM on staff in the western region is authorizing overtime right now. VERY seriously.

in the West because there was not enough work in the Cornerstone West account I had worked on for 12 years (due to giving India most of the work), and now you are telling me that there is plenty of work in Cornerstone when I am getting NJA nearly every day in Fluency?

On your average day, 5000! Now, 70. I get that its a holiday, but I have run out for 3 weeks now. TSM said they over-hired and work went to India.. well, then get rid of the new hires already. This is ridiculous. Why would they hire more when they planned to ship more work overseas? Is this to train the new hires becuase they make so much less than some of us who have been here awhile? It really hurts the line count bad. So far, I have had a lot of documents that require quite a bit of formatting - H&Ps, consults and ER reports from several facilities with each having different requirements and everyone wanting the ROS and PE different.
