Sticky notes to remember special specifications?? - I wish

The person who wrote the first essay must get to work on the same accounts. I used to make a sheet with the basic CPs and special instructions because the CPs are so poorly written, generally speaking, but every time I would get my sheets complete, the account would disappear. After 2 rounds of that, I quit making these summary sheets. I get so many different accounts now that I never get a chance to become familiar with the CP or dictator. So, I just take the time to take whatever mangled, poorly-worded CP for the account. Heck, with 99% ASR, I am only getting minimum wages. The most stellar CP I have seen states that there are many abbreviations the client bans, and then states that, if you do not know what they are, get the list from the QATL.

I think she stole them from ASR medication lists and threw them in her essay!!!

My company (see inside) is totally into commas right - now. The more you put in, the better!

How can they even pick an essay with so many - punctuation errors?

This is supposed to be representative of the MTs at this company and it really is annoying that they would pick an essay that is not spot on. Do you think clients who read this essay will think of HIGH QUALITY, which is what this essay was supposed to be about?

What on earth are they thinking?

Seems like for a while now the keys take a harder touch, sometimes they don't connect and I have to hit a key twice. it's a microsoft wireless comfort keyboard, model 1027. I have taken canned air and blown dust and cat hair out of it, wondering if using alcohol swabs gently in each key mechanism might help? I used to specialize in op notes but for the past 3 years I have not found a company where I could solely specialize in op notes so I have kinda gotten rusty. I have a chance to get in with an MT company that also offers their ICs a chance at live note taking. It doesn't pay too good, though, less than what the standard reports pay per audio minute. I have never done this. Can someone explain to me how it works? I have heard that "live notes are typed in one pass." What does this mean? ...

Did anyone else get the speech again about pend notes being too long? I can understand why they want us to be "professional" about it but if there is an ODD problem (and there always is!), how am I supposed to tell them? Today, it said referring physician was Alan so-and-so, so, there was no ALAN So and so in the list so, I had to leave a blank BUT, the HPI mentions Albert So and So. Something got switched on or off, and now I have no idea which notes I've read, and which ones I haven't. I use Google Chrome. Hi!! We had our meeting at the hospital today with Nuance about being onboarded with them. We were told by HR that the hospital will let us keep the computers we have been working on, but that Nuance will be sending us the "special" Escription foot pedals. Is this true?
