I work on Chart Net but they have been having a lot of problems with it for the last few weeks. I thought it might be about Fluency - I know we're all going on it before the end of the year.

Just a note, I was on chart net for a week as I transferred out of the region I was in due to lack of work.I hated chart net and asked to be put back to my old region. Fluency is so much better than chart net for those who haven't used it yet.

thanks for the input. chart net is the only VR program I've ever worked on. Glad to hear something positive about Fluency...

I think ramping up to switch to Fluency is cause ot the problems of late. - Betcha call is to say we are switching. nm

Also got the same 3 e-mails. Must be the same TCM - lol. Was also told there would be work available so I could make up the 13 hours I'm short this week. Of course no work, am filing for partial UE.

Could have saved myself some weekend anxiety. The 877 call in number was Medquist. The CEO tremored through the whole accounce of the buyout. HUH eat my foot they will recognize and keep everything intact. When I asked for Federal Leave when Q bought Spheris they would NOT recognize my time. eTrans made an "error" last pay taking away all my PTO. The sweaty CEO has a bad conscious because eTrans will make as much as MTs in India. Now I know what the Plus in Etrans stood for. ...

OOOHH. Big announcement today, join us. For what? DocQscribe just renamed? Forgive me if I am not excited, sounds like a disappointing regift to me. In fact, it is probably better they change it to Fluency or whatever because on my new MM computer sent for the upgrade to DocQscribe 7 they spelled the program as DoQscribe. No kidding. Be on the watch out for more pictures of corporate parties I am sure because to some people this is a big deal. ...

Guaranteed they knew the accounts were gone a while ago--seen this with them before, and the decent thing would have been to warn people--but there seems to be no decency here any longer in how management conducts itself. the government having access to our medical records and how they shouldn't have that right to our personal information and that it is confidential according to HIPPA, also stating what if Wikileaks or somebody exposes the information and what that could mean. The person who wrote the first essay must get to work on the same accounts. I used to make a sheet with the basic CPs and special instructions because the CPs are so poorly written, generally speaking, but every time I would get my sheets complete, the account would disappear. After 2 rounds of that, I quit making these summary sheets. I get so many different accounts now that I never get a chance to become familiar with the CP or dictator. Hi!! We had our meeting at the hospital today with Nuance about being onboarded with them. We were told by HR that the hospital will let us keep the computers we have been working on, but that Nuance will be sending us the "special" Escription foot pedals. Is this true? I have never worked on Escription before. Does it require its own pedal? I am so heartsick about this transition but at this time, I have no other options.
