Question on insurance. My last day of working

Is it just me or are there many others who are slaving over this job for the insurance (as pathetic as it is) ? I wonder how many will leave and become IC when ACA is implemented? Any pros to ACA? I have only heard negative comments about the deductibles, OOP, etc. Really wanting some non-biased, honest replies. Thanks :) ...
