New instructions for NJA - MMMT

Instructions per supervisor, if out of work, after filling out Remedy ticket, go to teamwork and choose Excused Absence-No Work. I can' find this under Team Work. Can anyone tell me how to enter this in Team Work?

Why do we need to do this if no work - mona

Not clear on why this is necessary.

Maybe if you do this, you don't get your work availability pay, My supervisor has said nothing - mona

It could be to doument your hours on the time sheet. Like if your scheduled 40 and only work 30 and you took 5 PTO and the other 5 time off with no pay, then the entire 40 hours is accounted for on the time sheet. Thats just my guess.

Do not use if you want make up time. - Use only if

You want to be excused from making up that time.

Using this for NJA is the same as having an excused absence.

I thought we only get 5 excused absences per year. Is that how they will fire us now?

Was told by my TCM - old and burned out

that if you take excused-no pay because of lack of work it will not count towards your days off.

I am posting the information here on how to use this macro and what it does. I will follow this with another post that has the actual macros (there are two of them.) Recevied a message from OSI recruiter giving instructions to register for testing? Anyone know how long it took to receive the confirmation code once registering?
