was NJA all morning on Monday and today, got morning jobs and just now NJA. Again.

Apparently we got an email yesterday saying that we were changing from service area 1 to 2 and that once all the jobs were cleared out we would log in to the new service area but it was not supposed to happen until this afternoon and NJA came up at 7:30 EST.

Hmm, strange... I work with SA4 and hardly ever run out of work. As a matter of fact, we get calls for help all the time, days, nights, weekends.

Weird. Wonder how/why the company divides up the work so unevenly.

I have the massive accounts that begin with "H." These came on board in the spring. We were told "rebirth of MedQuist" because they are huge. "There will be TONS of work." That's right, we had a ton of work for 3 months. Then it was off shored. That was the plan all along, but we weren't told.

I'm in SA2 and we are just the opposite today. My primary account has had the flood gates opened and lots of work, but the secondary account is very low. What a difference a day makes.

I am in SA1 part of the new NE region- my CCM should have sent out an email by yesterday that we had a new log in- but apparently forgot. Thankfully our new Regional person is on the ball and got us our info, I logged in and got work.

For those of you out of work I hope the solution is as simple as a new log in.

I am in the SA1 part of the NE region, but my CCM did notify me of changes.
Who is the regional person? Never even heard of that title.
I wonder why some of us got notified and others did not?

Because your CCM actually did her job. The regional person had to get involved because our old CCM did not do her job. That is why we got a new CCM today.

North NJA woes - Invisible MT

I am also in the North region...I used to be in SA4 but I'm not sure where or what I am now.  MT/SANE/STM/2 is currently in front of my name.  Work yesterday, NJA today at 8am (c) and still nothing at 10am.  I finally just took the day off...all via email to support and my CCM without hearing anything back from either. 


 


Does anyone else think the Q really messed up by "deleting" our CTLs?  I could count on my CTL to give me a timely response...now I feel I am in the world of the invisible. Undecided

why not e-mail the person above ccm? I would get on the phone with support or anyone with a phone number and get some answers.
The file transfer took all of 5 minutes and then you just log on with a different company code on the login page.

I wish you had my CCM.

I would ask that you be paid downtime for their error in not getting proper notification of all of this and having to sit there all day with no work, wasting your time. If you did not have this board, you would still not know what is going on!

Isn't that the truth! I found out this afternoon my CCM has moved on (quit) so my regional manager sent out an email informing us of our new CCM. I emailed the new CCM and he got me all straightened out. TYG!! At least now I know why I was getting absolutely no response to my emails! I wonder if my whole team sat idle today while all of this was going on? Crazy crazy but woo hoo! I am set up and ready to go first thing in the morning!

If anyone from the North region had NJA today and your CCM has/had the initials SM, the above info may apply to you also. If it does, you should have received an email this afternoon from our regional manager concerning our new CCM. Email the new CCM to make him aware you need the new company number for DocQScribe.

There were many of us in SM's region who were getting no response to our emails- and how dare we ask for PTO or a schedule change GOD FORBID! I can only imagine how many people ended up taking the day off because they logged in and got NJA. What a mess! All I can say is good riddance.

I am sick to death of typing on accounts not in my BOB!  This is the 4th one already and I am only an hour into my shift. There are no samples in the repositry, there are no jobs that come up under the dictator look up feature... I keep stuffing down the Tums, wondering why in the heck I was forced to do weekend hours when there is no work in my accounts on the weekend. Well, to the poster below in ESL garbage land, first let me say.  I too was in that same place 2 weeks ago.  An addition to my regular account, but it was all I was getting and NOT getting my OP notes at all.   The reports were not more than 20 lines usually, but I spent much, much time in trying to decipher and be FTR.  My CCM was very good about it, and told me it would be taken off and I would not have to do that account any longer.   Of course, I wish I had ...
