I decided to look into the benefits of the Trade Act which apparently includes only some states but which MQ has been qualified for. I'm not yet unemployed but need to at least feel prepared. I live in California so was given the name and number of the person in charge in my part of the state. I also picked the brains of the One-Stop personnel about career changes. Just received e-mail from corporate stating that as they had previously stated they would be rearranging management, ccm's, etc. It went on to state that if you had been reassigned to a new CCM they would be contacting you in the future, but Thank GOD at the bottom it lists who your CCM will be and I am lucky enough to have the same CCM who I love and has always been good to me. My main account has no work and my 2 secondary accounts have no work, and they told me that they give first pick of the jobs to the girls who work primarily on my 2 secondary accounts. here we go again. incentive this weekend. no work on regular shift, yet when going in and looking at job stats, there are plenty of jobs in my area I could be doing, with no one assigned, but they're not coming over for me to do. think they're only assigning so many a day to each MT or cherry picking...ridiculous. ...
A prime example of that is when I work every holiday for time and 1/2, but low and behold, there is mysteriously no work in the system. Because they press a button and send it all overseas for some poor sap to do for 5 cents a day, instead of paying me time and 1/2. There is no appreciation for the MT and our expertise anymore. Used to at least get an Xmas card, not even that anymore.... :(

ASR has gone slap crazy tonight. Just had a female dictator who has been on ASR for a while, usually very good reports. 11 minutes of one big ole solid paragraph, took 45 minutes to strighten the mess out. How in the world can we make money if we only do 1-2 reports every hour. This is just insane, every ASR so far into this shift has been problematic. ...
