Ipswitch won't send email, just gets stuck in the sending mode. No error messages, nothing. Just that circle going around and around. Tech support asked me to send an email to myself while on the phone with him. I did that, and it worked instantly. I tried it again after I hung up, and it wouldn't work. The same thing now.
