Mandatory OT, switching accounts, and general mayhem was a COLLOSSAL failure.

Just reading that. The admit date being 1 day off - sm

also apparently a CRITICAL error. No wonder everyone's failing audits. That is absolutely ridiculous.

The auditors are insane. That should be a minor error/omission. - nm

In our weekly group error report, I noticed a lot of errors listed for 1 client. In the cesspool of MOT, I got that client twice, and the CP is ridiculous! So many demands that are niggly, are opposite every other account and BOS standards and make little sense. Their CP is really really long and not very readable.

Sometimes, if I get a report out of my usual BOB with a crazy CP, I make sure there are a few blanks to send to QA so it will be less likely to end up as part of my audit. It is not worth failing an audit with an unfamiliar account. Some people may dis me for thaat, but it is a matter of self protection with this crazy company.

The pdf electronic version of BOS-2 was so handy and easy to use. Wonder what made them decide to do away with that & make it to where you have to open a browser, find the link, sign in, find the BOS page, etc., for the 3rd edition.
