2005/2006 MedQuist - Looking for info

Is there anywhere on the internet or other resources anyone knows about, where I could find info about MedQuist in 2005 and 2006. I'm looking for their "Rewards" plan that was implimented at that time, and how and why that affected transcriptionists' pay to decrease.

(past employee looking for this info for personal reasons to prove a big point)

What precicely do you need to know?

I know prior to 2006, I used to get 2 cpl extra per line to work weekends. After the "sign here to become employee" there was no weekend bonus. Nothing in writing though, just taken away.

about no more bonuses and/or line incentives, and "the workpool." Before "Rewards" we made good money at MQ, and ex wants to decrease support based on my income for 04/05, saying I could still make that if I wanted to which isn't true in this industry any more. I'm open to ideas too.

you prove that you work same amount of hours, and that you provide all check stubs to judge.

The economy has tanked (not just MT) and we have taken a pay cut by 40% for ASR, which you should have documentation of, or ask CCM to give you that.

If you willing chose to work P-T instead of F-T, then ex can hold you to "capable earnings" but that is if you are providing child support. He cannot lower what he pays to you based on your income.

He is responsible for paying his child support regardless of what you make.

If I ran MedQuist: Pay Rate: No Tier 1, 2, 3. All MQ MTs would have to be Tier 3 and paid as such. Starting off at 9cpl with cost of living increases.
