I have a couple of questions. What happens if you don't make at least minimum wage as an employee? A few questions down, it is calculated around $5/hr if the poster makes what she says. Do they fire you if you are under minimum wage? How do they keep MTs at that low, low rate?
Also someone pointed out "it's even as an IC." Curious (I'm really confused) why it matters if you are IC or an employee. Obviously there are benefits, but aren't you taxed the same?
