My company never replies back - grrr - Just Another Number

Hi- going to generically ask this question:
Do your supervisors always answer your emails or phone calls? Where I work, they are horrible about getting back to MTs and sometimes just simply do not.
I am taliking about important questions about scheduling, which account to work on, software issues, etc., ..............
It is frustrating!

[ In Reply To ..]Yes, mine do. I communicate with one via e-mail or instant message and always get a response. The other I communicate via e-mail or phone and always get a response. Guess I should be thankful for that.

I always thought communication was key - I actually talked to someone whose employer called her to hire her and she already worked there! I am an MT working for a super company but I sympathize with them if ever they are mentioned on this board because the handful of bullies here do not seem to think any company can do anything right. Gee guess what happens when everyone else is wrong and they are right!
obviously the company is overhired enough to care. NM - just a guess

Patient has 2 children. Further on down, C-section is dictated in the medical history, and MM ASR output is 2 C-sections! What the heck. 2 was not dictated! I am so sick of the crummy ASR after YEARS of promising us better, yet it gets worse. I have not been doing MOT because my hands hurt too much from the repetitive movements getting to the numerous corrections. I actually got a nice long straight typing job, and my hands stopped hurting. ...

If you sign into Ipswitch with a password and reply to emails or click "new" and compose from scratch, your emails may not be getting to your TSM or QA or whoever. Hello, I would like to transcribe from home again. However, I HAVE to get up and walk for a few minutes at least once an hour. You see, I had to have 2 back surgeries in the last 18 months. We are a pretty big company, and we think we know what transcriptionists want, but it doesn't hurt to ask. There are a lot of top people in our industry that are finding themselves without jobs, often without notice, both managers and transcriptionists. I quit last July because they couldn't keep me "transcriptioning," sent my resignation to my supervisor, and then received a letter in October stating that I was terminated. Loved it! And I'm thinking of reapplying. Ought to be an interesting experience.. lol.. just love it! I don't have anything else to do, and what other company would let you not work for 3 months before they terminated you? Did I mention how much I love this ...
