I'm curious about all the posts regarding getting your 1099 if you're an IC. As an IC, a business person, you should already know what you've billed to clients (services). You don't need to wait for a 1099 to file your income taxes if you've kept good records and already know what you billed out and what you received. I too am filing without my 1099 from TTD and no response from "AK", the owner. Going out of my way to fill out another form and gather earnings together and attempts to contact.
