I posted a response about them about a week ago when someone asked. I've been with them about 1.5 weeks now. Just got released from full QA today. The whole process has been really great and I'm hoping it will be profitable. The line rate is a skosh lower than I was hoping for, but it's still plenty doable.
QA/training is great and very responsive. They limit you to 10 jobs a day until you get off QA so they can make sure you get feedback right away before you do too much more incorrectly. Getting off QA should take no more than two weeks, less if you're good.
I've been very pleased and feel like it's a very good fit so far. I tried a big ugly MTSO in June and it was horrible. This a 180 degree turnaround for the better.
The company is owned by a woman who started it about 20 years ago and she actively works against off shoring. They do not and will not off shore.
If they're hiring I say go for it.
sounds great other than - MT

being limited to only 10 reports a day at the beginning. How can someone who needs a full-time position starting out with the new job expect to make enough money to live on during the training period. I have 20 years of experience and can't be expected to live on 10 reports a day...

That is exactly what happened to me at Keystrokes. They first put me on 10 reports a day and I was not up to par and they fired me. So there I was left with no money and having to apply for unemployment again for very little money.
