I thought it only fair to post something good about IMEDX after all the whining, I was pleasantly surprised today when I got my mail, I recieved a holiday gift card from Imedxi, which I completely did not expect - so Thanks!!! No, I'm not management, just a fellow MT who is happy for something positive for a change!!

I was very disappointed that Imedx had not sent a holiday greeting card (I mean just a CARD - not a gift card or a gift). Today, I received a lovely gift card from Imedx. Such a very pleasant surprise! I very much wish I had an intraoffice email address of someone to be able to send a personal thank you, but I am happy to be able to come to MTStars to at least thank them publicly.

Not surprised either, not on their email lists, not on their Christmas card list, no longer getting communication from managers/leads. As they have made it clear I'm not wanted there, they will soon be getting their wish and I will be gone from their company.

PS: I don't get many e-mails from managers/leads either for which no news is good news. Yes TT's e-mail was shut down, yes the Imedx e-mail isn't the greatest and yes we had to resubmit scriptwire which was only the push of a button, TT sold out, not the other way around. Your anger is directed at the wrong company.

I was sort of afraid to open the envelope with all the naysaying. Then sort of felt the card, and thought it might be safe, and was very pleasantly surprised. Actually it was a little more than TT gift, for what it is worth. Both were nice appreciation thoughts. Sort of nice it came after Christmas, because it is more likely to be spent on me than spending it on buying gifts for others!

And for all who say they are trying to run us out of jobs....it would not make sense to spend the money on gift cards to people you want to be rid of???? Let's think happy thoughts.

We had management changes over the weekend for my new account and the new manager sent out e-mails today that we have to get new e-mails, must start using some probably crap butt IM program (I HATE IM!) and they insist that if your account runs out of work that you wait 10 minutes, then e-mail them then wait up to 15 minutes to see if they can find you some work before you can move to your secondary if that account has work. They always have in the past. Medquist/Secrephone merge became MRC Group. Then MRC Group and Transcription Limited became Medquist. Since Spheris was bankrupt and every one knows Medquist and they were number 1 and number 2 big companies, I am wondering if they would change their name.
