Precyse Solutions - considering working for this company - Bug

I'm considering working for this company. I have an interview scheduled. Can any current employees let me know what you think of the company? Most of what I have read does not sound good. :-(

I have been working there since June, and I absolutely love the company - MT2020

The benefits are a little pricey though. But overall, great people to work for, very open and communicate well, they provide equipment, the pay rate is better than average, and their Ptype system makes work extremely easy, especially in ASR. Good luck with your interview.

Too much changing accounts, horrible dictators, getting bumped off primary to do others, account specs ridiculous. Doesn't happen to everybody, some get what they want; I get told "think outside the box." Shove the box.

I actually wound up not going with Precyse. The benefits were too much. I got an offer from another company, but when I put my 2 weeks in at current company, they asked what would make me stay. They worked with me and now I'm happy without having to leave my current job. Yay!

That's great! At least they care enough to - try to make you stay. sm

I am a new employee of Precyse Solutions. I am really enjoying the work environment they provide. Everyone I have had contact with is helpful and enthusiastic. The training has been excellent! The hourly line rate is commensurate with experience. While in the training phase I am being paid an hourly rate. Also, they have a guide to help you understand where you should be with regard to production over the course of time during the first 90 days. ...
