I am a new employee of Precyse Solutions. I am really enjoying the work environment they provide. Everyone I have had contact with is helpful and enthusiastic. The training has been excellent! The hourly line rate is commensurate with experience. While in the training phase I am being paid an hourly rate. Also, they have a guide to help you understand where you should be with regard to production over the course of time during the first 90 days. The platform is very user friendly. I also like the fact that each of the clients has information specific to that client with regard to how reports should be formatted, dictator specific information with regard to likes, dislikes. There is also a very good benefits package from health insurance to the 401K plan.

I have worked for other transcription firms in the past and in my mind Precyse is miles above those companies. Based on the contact I have had with a variety of employees from MTs to training to managers, this company cares about quality and cares about it's employees.

I love the company. I love the accounts I was on. I loved the platform. Notice I am speaking in past tense. It is with a heavy heart that I say I didn't make the cut. Quality is very important to Precyse, unfortunately my fingers were a bit too fast and I made critical errors during my probation period. Therefore I am boxing up the computer and sending it back to the company. I believe they would have continued to work with me but I like this company so much, and value how the customer views them so much that I felt it best to just resign. I am so sad. But I continue to check emails and they are doing great! They were not fully staffed and have recently hired some new people, one I referred. I will continue to tell my friends about this company, and that it is a great place to work. If you get the opportunity to work for this company, by all means take the opportunity. You acrue PTO from day 1, and you are automatically enrolled in their 401K plan. Its an awesome company.

I know how cruel some people on this board can be, so I expect some people to say mean things about my not making it, but let me just say in advance, there's no need to stick the knife in any deeper. I already feel bad.

I feel your disappointment, and wish you well. Maybe after you hone your skills a little more, you can go back and re-test and see if you can get on with them then. Keep working on your skills/knowledge and someone will be lucky to bring you on board!!

an MT? My heart just goes out to you. You see, I hesitate to apply to the larger MtSOs because I am not a high producer and I just donâ��t think I could handle being terminated after the probabtion period if I couldn't make the line requirement. It really hurts when something like that happens to ya. I will pray that you find a good job soon.

Thanks for the kind words - they mean a lot and yes it does hurt, but if you don't try you never get anything better. There are great companies out there. Don't be afraid to try. And not being a big producer probably makes you a very thorough MT. A plus, not a deficit.

I got a call from my Supervisory this morning, just as I was ready to call UPS to pick up the equipment, and she was wonderful! She was almost as sad as I was that I didn't make it! Maybe one day I can go back. But what a great learning experience. If nothing else I learned there are great companies out there to work for. Thanks Precyse, for Everything.

I totally agree. I started in July and I was amazed at the training program, how you are treated and how organized the company is. I don't run out of work and they leave me alone to do my job.

Unfortunately most of their work is ASR - But the platform is excellent! Very easy!

They are hiring..they have mostly ASR but I have been able to consistently hit 2400 lines per day for a few weeks now and I'm happy with that. From what I have experienced so far the ASR is very good.

For MT Week last week we got Sonic Rocks which are testicle-shaped shiny black magnets. HR just sent around a warning that they're very strong magnets and to not keep them anywhere near the computer or anything that stores info magnetically because people are accidentally erasing their hard drives with these stupid things.
