As for Patient First, the information I've read indicates that it is tough to pass their test, and when you are hired, there are rules about abbreviations and such. I applied a couple of years ago but apparently did not pass the test. The posts indicate they pay decent and have good benefits, but of course everyone's experience is different.

Where did you see the Patient First ad posted, cuz it's not on here.... - Fading fast

When I have seen an ad, it has been on other job sites, not here or other popular one.

Don't worry, Patent Fist ads are like buses. If you miss one, there will be another in 5 minutes. Only it will be an express and will not stop at your location.

Pass the collection plate...PRICELESS! Laughed for half an hour. Especially since I have never heard of PATIENT FIRST, so I was trying to make sense of Patient Fist. I thought maybe it was a hand injury specialty clinic.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for making me smile or LOL or ROFLMAO during the mundane hours I must do my best to crank out tedious medical records faster than a speeding bullet for the pittance Nuance gives us.  It is wonderful to see we have not lost our humor in our downward spiral of being outsourced to the outsource companies. Now I will probably be fired for openly admitting I see what's going on in "our world" during work hours. ...

I swear to all that is holy, this is what this less-than-stellar PA just dictated:   "The patient IS a high-risk gestational trophoblastic disease..."  I went back and listened thinking I must have heard wrong and she said patient HAS ... Nope.  She said IS.  This is the same PA who dictated a creatinine of 92 for someone.   That sound you hear is me hitting my head on the desk. ...
