Iridium services testing - anon

Anyone test for this company and find their multiple choice test to be pretty cheesy? Something seems odd about it. I listened to a couple of the dictations..pretty poor quality. I wonder if all of their work is like that.

most Indian companies have for not providing enough work, using US MTs to get the accounts going then sending them to India, low pay, layoffs, etc. Good luck to you.

How can you find out if a company is in India?

Iridium companies? One in India and one in the states? Or is there only one?

I found the initial multiple-choice test that you do in MS Word to be very cheesy, with really embarrassing mistakes in it.

I took the test and found it to be rather easy. - Very straight forward.

Iridium is based in Miami and is not an Indian-owned company. Pay is on time every time via direct deposit. You are strictly and by contract an IC. You are held to production expectations .. but this is as it is defined when you begin working. Micromanaging happens often when people do not do what they say they will do. There is ESL but there is ESL everywhere. First time in a long time I like my job. Testing is not company generated .. outside testing .. what can I tell you!

What about schedule requirements? Does it have to be strict or is there flexibility? I received my test and am going to take it tonight as I have a FT job outside the home right now. I have been an MT for 20 years, though, and would love to have a job I love and be able to work out of my home at the same time as I have in years past until now. If you have other info, please email me. Thanks.

I want to warn all who look for jobs on this site of a company to be aware of - Interpro Services, Inc out of Arizona. They are ruthless, have the worst dictators in the industry and management could not care less whether you make any money or not. When you complain, you get "your contract terminated". They set hours for you and days contrary to the laws of IC status and if you don't work those hours, you are outta there. Also they do not have the guts to call you up ...
