I got a phone call from them and they emailed me a list of available shifts, what equipment I'd need, platform, but I forgot to ask how much per line I'd be paid. The person I talked to was very nice. I just want part-time which she said would be 20 hours a week. Before I email her back asking the wages and/or I decide to accept it, I'd like any info anyone might have. I still work at MQ and don't want to leave for something just as bad, before I actually have to.

Should be good, bad or ugly. - sorry

I've been there 7 months now but full-time. it took a bit to actually make money tho due to them overhiring but now it's better.

Well, how about "usually". Its been late 3 times in the past year by 1 day, but always let you know at the last minute. They have moved the pay dates to help avoid this in the future, but, I am certain there will be another late payday in the future, sadly.

I had to chase KS for weeks to get a paycheck. It was finally paid, but I had to be really persistent. They were disorganized and communication was nonexistent. Needless to say, this MT/ME does not work for them any longer. Thank goodness.

Three late paychecks in the past year is totally unacceptable. The first time was a bit more forgivable because surely it could have been nothing more than a mistake or an oversight and we were all promised that it would never happen again. Then came the second time....then the third time, and with their history, I am 100% sure that it will happen again. They really need to revamp their accounting department. The incompetency amazes me. Each time this happened, I incurred bank overdraft fees because we were given such last minute notice that there wasn't nearly enough time to stop or reschedule things that I have on auto pay. Did KS ever reimburse me for those fees? Nope. Sure didn't. I had to eat them. I've been sending out my resume this past week and already have a couple of companies who want to interview me. If one of these companies is a good fit and pays a decent amount, I'll be out of there as well. There are too many red flags at KS right now to feel secure.

No where else to go. I don't see many MTs on here saying any company is better at this point, and I have to work, I'm a single mom. If my paycheck is a day or two late than I can handle it.. I don't like it tho.

I am starting with KS very soon. Do they have any kind of day or 2 training, or do you just jump in and wing it like with so many others? I don't need much training, maybe a day. Any info appreciated. TIA.

I'm a QA person for Keystrokes. If you would be on my account, the length of time on training depends on following the account requirements and not making patient care errors. If you don't guess, leave blanks if you need to (not 20 in every report), and follow the specs for the account, you would be released.

I've been there for almost 2 years and am trained on 2 accounts already, but they are asking me to cross-train on another escription account. It starts with a B and ends with an R. Would anyone who works on this account like to give me the low down, good, bad, and ugly, specifically how long did it take you to get up to speed and can you make decent line counts=money? ...

Does anyone know anything about PMT, Inc. in ARIZONA (or whatever else they are known by)? What is the good, the bad, and the ugly with Diskriter? I am looking for information about pay, benefits, how strict they are when it comes to schedules, management, available work, etc. If you are new there, how was the interview? Was there a lot of rah-rah gibberish about how great they are to reel you in or was it professional and straight to the point? According to what I read in the archives they send you a computer, which is a bonus! I have been with my present company for 8 ...
