I work on the account that starts with B and has 6 letters. It is a bunch of hospitals that include the states of AZ and AK. That said, so far it is ok. I will not lie and say it is a piece of cake because that would not be accurate.

My recommendation is to read and reread the account specs. I took notes during my training and the webinar and I think that helped immensely. I was intimidated too and still am to be honest. I only started this past Tuesday.

Take advantage of the time you will be on 100% review and ask all the questions you can think of because once off that they hardly answer any questions. At least that is my experience. I hope this helps and have a great day!!

There are some horrific ESL on the account and each location has different instructions you MUST follow because they complain loudly when you don't.

Escription is pretty good as far as VR goes, however, this account was pretty heavy on ESL (depending on location) and if you are switching between a bunch of different locations within their system, the account specs are different for each of them, which obviously slows you down, as they are PICKY!!!

For me, a good day was 300-ish lph and 200-ish on a bad day.

So sorry for the rant, but I am so tired of companies wanting us all to cover third shift, but don't want to pay anything extra when we do and if they do it's something like a quarter of a penny, what in the world is that? I've talked with several MTs recently who work for different companies. The companies have to send out reminders to the MTs that they are supposed to be at work at specific times. They also are having trouble with MTs just taking off without arranging for coverage of their accounts. The list goes on and on. What bothers me most though is the attitude of workers. Do any of you have this problem? There are several us on one particularly account. They will either sign off 5-6 hours into their 8 hr shift (saying they've met their minimum quota)or sometimes on weekends just leave work not done til the next day. I have the last shift and have to stay until all docs are finished no matter how late. Therefore, I get "mop up" duty every day. Any helpful suggestions?
