Hello fellow Alpha Transcriptionists. Did you feel the burn in your paycheck today from the donated lines we are giving them? Way to go. Kick us in the knee on top of a rotten economy.

Hi. I read a post someone made that's in March about the line counts. I agree with them. I can't make the line counts agree. It just makes me sick to think how much we give to them and now this. I used to really like working for Alpha.

Headers and footers - anon

What happened now? More free work and line counts not adding up. Begging us to do more and more without communication. It's easy: Pay for headers and footers again and pay correctly and communicate instead of hiding and everyone will be -- truly grateful, because without that they will be in a much worse position now.

That's a shame. I thought they used to be one of the great sm - Everything changes

companies out there, lead by Julie someone?, or maybe I'm thinking of another place. I never worked there, but all of the posts always seemed so positive. I am sorry for the MTs there. I barely make it as it is. If my pay went any lower, I'd be in the soup line.

Has anyone had any experience with this company? I sent my resume for a job posting and was contacted right away. The fishy thing (to me anyway) was that they didn't even want me to TEST for the position! What is that about? EVERY MT position I have EVER been a candidate for has wanted me to test. Heads up everyone Stay Clear of the wackos up at Alpha Transcription! They not only pay on the VBC but don't even know what it is or how to calculate it, have HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, are the most disorganized company any MT could possibly work for!
