Just wondering about this company,. I received an offer, via their contract and pay was finally mentioned on the last page of the contract, which was decent. I was scheduled to have the software installed last week, and there were problems with thei installation (really not sure if it was on my end or theirs), but accordng to the tech, it was problems on their end. I was told to call back yesterday (Wednesday), to install the software. I did and was informed the tech was "out on a family emergency." I called back again today and was told that he would call me in a half hour.
I do understand that people get sick, etc or have family emergencies, but I just wish that I could have received an email to the effect that this particular person was out. They have several people that answer phones there when I call this particular number, and I just cannot believe that one person alone is responsible for installing the software. I have been waiting for over a week to be able to get this software installed, and yet, when I call or send emails to the company, I am percieved as being a "pest."
I wish that these companies would realize that our time is just as valuable as theirs.
