**networking** and research to get a job is all you babe. Here's a thought -- why don't you do what so many others have done to get a good job: Make phone calls, **network**, contact HR depts., make a list of all viable companies needing help, and more -- then take all the information you have and post it here.
In other words, put up or shut as the saying goes. You never offer any solutions, just your usual criticisms, which help no one. Maybe that makes you feel good about yourself, but that seems to be a very short-lived, worthless assessment of value.
