she will see what we are talking about. Good jobs don't open up often, as the MT will likely die with hands on keyboard than give it up. When a good one does open up, 1000s are applying -- most with far superior skills to OP's, that I can say with certainty. Life has a way of teaching hard lessons to people like this who are so intolerant of others' POV if it doesn't match their own.
ALSO, "good job" is relative. What this OP considers "good" is likely NOT to those of us who know what it SHOULD be.
