There is low turnover as everyone is very happy. I was promised the same few dictators. The truth: I was put in a pool with 10 accounts and I STILL run out of work. I am so over this whole MT mess. And yes I am looking elsewhere. Hard to find a job when you are retirement age or disabled, or both!
