like software development?
If you Google build a mobile app without programming, several will come up. Sites like GitHub, Fiver etc., have people who will do it for you for a fee.

If you want to do any kind of programming, you'll have to learn a language. If you want a job, you need higher math for writing algorithms - school but there are free courses online and cheap courses.

Python is a decent language to start with because there is only one way to write a line of code for a function and in other languages there may be several ways to write the code for a function and through all of that you have to figure out the best of the choices. Python is good for beginners, it only one way, the best way, that will work. if you want to do back end work on websites Ruby on Rails is handy. Swift and objective-C for iPhone mobile apps and Java, python, objective-C, C++, and now Kotlin for Android - mainly Java and Kotlin but can use some of the others listed. Google it but check your source - sometimes blogs that come up in searches are tied to a website offering a service for money.

You can take college courses for free at Coursera, Python.org has tutorials, Udemy. Boot camps aren't something I would do. Google it.

Believe it or not, some code can be written in Notepad in fairly plain language. Hit up the different message boards on sites for programmers and ask them. Don't be surprised if they tell you to go to college for the full education.
