I worked for them 2 different times, each while holding down a FT job. The first time I was editing using EditScript, and the one account I was on it took longer for the specs to load than it did to edit the one-liner reports.
Second time they had VDI. Again, the experience was similar. I finally realized that $10.00 wasn't worth my time.
I thought they were very supportive.
I am not sure that they even utilize VDI any longer. EditScript is now sunset, so they use Inscribe (boxed as ESOne, which for me was going back to the Flintstones).
