Some of the jobs listed on those websites are old. They fill the jobs and don't pull the ads, which could be why people don't receive a reply when they send resumes. I like to go directly to the employer website to look for available openings. Anything on MT Stars from people in the know about coding jobs that have not yet posted are probably scams.
