The scribe jobs I have seen don't pay that well, $10-12/hour and once again it is IC work. Perhaps in offices it is more. I guess that would be acceptable for supplemental work, but it is still low pay and I hesitate to contribute to these companies paying so little. That is why I quit MT/editing altogether. Too much abuse for so little. It wasn't worth my time and knowledge to enable them to get away with that kind of pay. They are scum!
My doctor uses Robin and I think they use scribes, but I don't know what they pay.
