I’m gonna go out in a limb here and say that OP implied they aren’t using voice recognition. But with all your vast experience, that didn’t occur to you. It also didn’t occur to you that maybe she’s the best MT they have, so they looked to her for advice and she said she’d check into it. Maybe she is the lead? Ever hear of lead MT in your vast experience? You know a little something about Medicare and try to tear this person down for no reason whatsoever. Your Medicare garbage had nothing to do with what she was asking. SMH Get a grip, Karen.
