Then, when they don't hire you, get a lawyer and sue them for discrimination on the basis of sex. They'll have to consult or hire a lawyer who will almost certainly advise them to settle out of court for a nice little fee (and will also tell them to stop asking that dumb shit on their employment applications) instead of having to go to court and go through the tedious, if not impossible, task of proving that not hiring you had zero to do with your sexual orientation, even though they specifically asked about that.
