it's really not worth a new graduate holding out hope for one of these spots.
A previous post stated that most companies want experience and dont want to waste time training new people. That's true. For every job, they get well over 100 resumes from people with 25 to 30+ years of experience. Why waste their time hiring someone right out of school?
