You can find work as an MT, but most positions are now independent contracting, I've been typing at home since 1995. Look for companies in the U.S. and if you can stay away from editing only, you may want to. My company has straight typing, better pay for accounts with Dr.'s EMR, and also VR, editing so many levels of pay. I make good money and just had to change jobs 2 years ago, so there are good companies out there, smaller the better actually.
